Why should I hire a wedding planner for my destination wedding?

When hosting a destination wedding, we highly recommend that you hire wedding planners, as each country has their own rules and specificities. Through experience, wedding planners gain knowledge when it comes to their local vendors and suppliers, and therefore they know best whom to choose, to ensure that you only receive the best service at the best price.

Can I afford a wedding planner?

The question is really can you afford not to have a wedding planner? A wedding planner not only saves you time but also a lot of money! Even if you do not view time as money, we save it for real! How did we do that? We listened to what you want and need to make your day a success and then we work for your bespoke wedding with our vendors who would like to continue that relationship… so they give our customers great deals!

The Venue has a coordinator; do I need a wedding planner?

Typically, Catering Managers at hotels or venues have the job of overseeing the wedding details that are directly related to the venue (and sometimes the food and beverage as well). It is not in their job description to confirm your vendors, run your rehearsal, oversee the vendors on your wedding day, cue you down the aisle at your ceremony, and make sure all of the day’s events are running according to schedule. As professional Wedding Coordinators, our services supplement the services offered by your Catering Manager, Banquet Manager & Staff, and other vendors.

Where do you plan weddings?

For weddings in Italy, we focus primarily on Rome, Tuscany, Garda Lake, Calabria and the Amalfi Coast. However, due to an extensive network of contacts we can help with any other areas you may have in mind.

For weddings in United States, we specialise in New York City. However we’re happy to travel further afield as required, as are many of our recommended suppliers.

What types of weddings do you accommodate?

We offer a completely bespoke luxury wedding planning service from our base in Rome. From small, intimate weddings to large, extravagant affairs we can help you design and plan your perfect day.

Paramount to success is our relationship with you. By completely understanding you and your fiancé’s hopes and dreams coupled with your likes and dislikes, we can design, plan and produce the festivities that you have always imagined.

Do you cater to any specific religions?

No. We plan wedding ceremonies in coordination with your officiant. We plan your celebration. Your wedding ceremony is largely the purview of the person conducting your ceremony. If we are not familiar with your ceremony type, we contact the denomination and your specific officiant to make sure we know what is allowed (or not) to make sure there are no faux pas in your planning.

What wedding planning services do you offer?

In our SERVICES page you can find the basic services we offer, but every wedding is unique and each couple is different from another, so we are equipped for any type of service that can serve to make your big day a reflection of what you are and of the love you are feeling.

Will I lose control of my own wedding after hiring a Coordinator?

Definitely not! Your wedding is YOUR event, not ours. We are there to help and guide you through the planning process, not to take over. We will give you as much or as little help as you want.

What exactly do you do as a wedding planner?

This might seem like an obvious question, but it’s an important one to ask because each planner works differently and you need to find the one whose process works for you.
We will coordinate the wedding day logistics: telling vendors where to go, being on the phone answering deliveries and questions, and scheduling the day. We will also design the event — that is come up with the look for the wedding, find the right partners to bring that vision to life and help you work through budgets and contracts. Some planners also happen to be your best friend in your wedding days preparetion. I’m one of them.
